Strategic People Conference 2020 - Thursday March 12, 9.30am

My wellbeing session will briefly address the signs of stress and how to manage its impact with simple tools to boost energy, decompress the nervous system and recharge your batteries. It is designed to increase a positive learning experience from the days conference.
The session will include:
