Stress Less Week - April 29 - May 3

Brita hosted 2 workshops to support students through the pressures of exam time. 
Learn practical skills to reduce stress and understand the stress response and improve your ability to focus under pressure.
Sessions included: Mindfulness, understanding your stress response, stress release tools, movement and yoga, breathing exercises, and much more.
