Yoga Nidra - Deep Rest
Yoga Nidra also known as Yogic Sleep, is a form of guided relaxation offering deep rest for the entire nervous system, designed to replenish and refresh your whole system - mind, body & emotions.
Over the years, Yoga Nidra has become my go-to, most used and well beloved forms of self care, I do at least one per day myself and really know its accumulative and restorative powers. I simply love it! It helps me stay on top of my thinking mind, keeps negativity in check, quells fears and anxieties by supporting the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing it back into balance. Yoga Nidra teaches me that even through challenging times, the body, in all its wisdom wants health and healing and has the ability to recover from deep tiredness, physical aches and pains and mental anxieties, quickly!
The body is an ocean of alive awareness - Yoga Nidra taps into this field of consciousness. There is nothing you need to do, simply be, create a space, get comfortable, warm and cosy (bed or floor) tune in and listen as I guide you through an nidra journey.
