I'm delighted to launch the first of my newsletters, Inspired Living.
This issue focuses on creating healthy routines and quality time for self care for mind, body and soul. Whether by starting a meditation practice or developing a more positive outlook, making dietary changes, or adding yoga or exercise routines to your day, it's all about exploring what feeds and nourishes body and soul. Everyone needs a dream and cherishing ourselves gives us faith in the future. If you've lost your mojo or forgotten your aspirations, I'm here to remind you that it's never too late to start again. |

Good mental health is 'being generally able to think, feel and react in the ways
that you need and want to live your life.' Mind (mental health charity)
Staying on top of our mental health is an important aspect to our overall well being. I combine self awareness tools, mindfulness, breathing and meditation practices along with a heap of loving kindness into my daily practice.
These practices harness positive thoughts and build an affirmative sense of self, and also do valuable work cleaning the mind of unhelpful and disabling beliefs. A regular practice cares well for the mind and changes the inner voices. Seeing the mind like a house, with rooms that require regular dusting, airing and vacuuming, our inner house need this regular attention too. By doing this we'll live happier, longer and more fulfilling lives.

BREATHE WELL
Take a moment in your day to stop and breathe. In this breathing gap take 3 deep rounds, breathing deeply into your abdomen and breathing out fully. Breathing well improves digestion and energy levels.
