Yoga Nidra 
A deep relaxation class for everyone

Every Sunday 4-5pm

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a practice anyone can do. This powerful guided relaxation promotes deep rest for the mind and body and calms the sympathetic nervous system.
​Brita's class is for all abilities and ages. ​No experience required.

How to prepare for a session:
  • First, create a space where you can lay comfortably and undisturbed for 60 minutes (use blankets/cushions/eye mask). This could be your bed, the floor, sofa/chair
  • 5 minutes prior to the start, connect via zoom
  • Lay back, cover up, relax
  • Listen to my voice as I guide you through the relaxation process.
