Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a practice anyone can do. This powerful guided relaxation promotes deep rest for the mind and body and calms the sympathetic nervous system.
​Brita's class is for all abilities and ages. ​No experience required.

Prepare for Yoga Nidra:
  • Firstly, switch off phone or any devices and make sure you won't be disturbed
  • Create a space to relax  (use blankets/cushions/eye mask)
  • Lay down in a comfortable position ideally on your back with your body aligned , arms to your side, get as comfortable and cosy as you can
  • Lay back, cover up, close your eyes
  • Simply listen to my voice as I guide you on your journey to relaxation
