About Brita

Hello,
I offer a gentle, holistic approach to wellbeing through Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Holistic Massage, and Therapeutic Rest Practices.
My work grew from my own nervous system healing and is now guided by the deep conviction that true wellbeing arises from embodied safety, generous rest, gentle compassion and meaningful connection.
Sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and nurturing space.
My intention is to offer a sanctuary from the demands of modern life — a place where you can fully exhale and replenish your energy.

I warmly welcome you to get in touch and explore how I can support your wellbeing journey.
