​Take a moment in your day to stop and breathe. In this breathing gap take 3 deep rounds, breathing deeply into your abdomen and breathing out fully. Breathing well improves digestion and energy levels.

​Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation tool to rest and revitalise your entire mind and body. This audio class is live weekly and gives an opportunity to receive the benefits of deep relaxation from home.
Simply tune in, lay back and listen.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a practice anyone can do. This powerful guided relaxation promotes deep rest for the mind and body and calms the sympathetic nervous system.
​Brita's class is for all abilities and ages. ​No experience required.

Prepare for Yoga Nidra:
  • First, find a comfortable position, turn off your phone and make sure you won't be disturbed (use blankets/cushions/eye mask). (bed, floor, sofa/chair),
  • 5 minutes prior to the start of class connect via zoom, (details on booking)
  • Lay back, cover up, 
  • Listen to my voice as I guide you through the relaxation process.
