My journey to wellbeing began as an aerobics instructor and fitness trainer, yet I always felt there was more to health than just taking care of the physical body.
I am a practitioner of Shiatsu (3 years training with Shiatsu School of Natural Therapy, now European School of Shiatsu) Holistic Massage (ITEC certified - Anatomy & Physiology) and have gained experience from many teachers and practices with over 35 years of bodywork and healing experience.
With over 900 hours of certified Yoga Teacher Training (Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Classical Hatha Yoga) and 10 years of teaching experience, I now combine the principles of Hatha Yoga, relaxation tools, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga along with holistic bodywork and ways to skilfully manage self care.
I offer 1-1 sessions, small in-house retreats and workshops and weekly yoga classes.

Wellbeing@Work customised workshops address how to stress well, enhance working life and find balance in our busy world. They offer simple everyday tools to affect mental and physical well being, help people feel more effective in the workplace and create healthier, happier working environments. The sessions are interactive to encourage openness and forge supportive relationships, promoting a caring and compassionate culture.
